Oolu was founded in 2015 in Senegal by Dan Rosa and Nilmi Senaratna. After three years of operations, Oolu has sold more than 34 000 solar home systems (SHS) to rural customers across Senegal, Mali, and Burkina Faso. This makes the company one of the fastest-growing SHS distributors in West Africa.
